  • Hi everyone, it has been a long long time since I posted however I thought I'd give a update regarding my situation. Initially I was planning to clear off my credit cards and loans however I kept changing my mind, the truth be told is that I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life so I never had any drive or determination to sort things out. That changed around august time as I realised what I wanted to do and where I want to go in life, I joined the gym and started focusing my my next major goal which is to get my own house.

There was no way with the debt I had outstanding that a company would give me a mortgage so I very recently made up my mind and I am happy to report that I have cleared my credit cards in full, I still have £30 left on one of my cards however this will be taken at the end of the month. So i can report that:

I still have my loan for my car which I will be focusing on to clear, and if the thread is up next year, you will happily see me there when the new thread has been set up

    2025 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #49 £1401.29/£1,250 (104.74%/100.00%)

Thanks for the kind words, I mainly made the money through matched betting and Ebay sales, also working on a budget also helped, plus I already had some of the money so it made sense to pay it off rather than keep it

I do matched betting too but not done it for a while. Did think about starting up again for this/saving towards bigger purchases.

You should look into it again if you have some free time even if you only make a little bit of money it's extra that you did't have, I only do risk free offers at still make decent money
