Dear Sirs
Re: VRM AB12 XYZ
As the Registered Keeper of the above VRM could you advise who has accessed my personal details with regards to this marque, how often and when did the DVLA send the keeper details out. Please advise the information with regards to events between xx/xx/xx/ and xx/xx/xx.
I understand there is no charge for this information and look forward to your speedy reply.
Yours faithfully

Sorry I'm just terrified of getting CCJ and then having my credit affected!
I will send that letter to the DVLA – thank you. And I contact PE and advise of my correct address?
What happens next?0 -
if PE are informed of your correct address (the keeper NOT THE DRIVER) , they will be in trouble if they start court action at your old address
send the DVLA letter today , await further comments from people like coupon mad regarding wording and address of PE ,Save a Rachael

Your credit isn't affected by getting a ccj unless you ignore it. If pay it off in full within a month then your credit record is not affected0 -

What do you mean? You've been advised how to get this cancelled.
I suspect PE are not actively suing people at that site...given the background I wonder if their contract is on a sticky wicket due to their notoriety.
Can't have pleased the landowners for a customer-facing retail park who rely on the public, and need a good reputation/customer service, to be in the papers for suing Barry Beavis, who was just delayed at Staples due to their printer breaking down.
If I were in charge of that retail site, I would have kicked PE into touch for it, as that was awful publicity and it sticks.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry Coupon Mad, there was conflicting advice, you said contact store managers, Umkomaas said it wouldn't work at this location, so I thought the standard ignore debt collector advice was the route to go.
I don't actually live near this particular car park so will try and get back over there as soon as possible to speak to the store managers in person. I did call to speak to them on the phone, but the sales assitants seem reluctant to put you through.
I'm going to write to DVLA as suggested by Pappa Golf. They said you might have some advice for contacting PE regarding telling them my correct address?
Thanks again for your help.0 -
As I said, Matalan didn't have a good word to say and cancelled these all the time in 2014/15. I know what I would do.They said you might have some advice for contacting PE regarding telling them my correct address?
You can normally get PE to reset the clock with a certain approach, if the letter says they've traced you to a new address (in fact the letter about being traced usually offers appeal). But at this site you'd lose an appeal, IMHO. So I can't see much point (yet) resetting the clock to appeal.
That's why I know what I would do, and I would chose Christmas to make the complaint...!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
