I'm planning to change BB provider soon and have been with Virgin Media for around 5 years.
Will I still need to obtain a MAC code from them or shall I just cancel DD when new Broadband provider is set up.?

Do you have Virgin through a cable or a BT style line?
Oh and never 'just cancel' your DD as the company will just keep billing you and eventualy take you to court. The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20 -

So its best to obtain the code first?:j0 -
Nah, cable to copper wiring doesnt require a MAC.
Just make sure Virgin know when you want it turned off. :PThe "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 20 -
