Message history missing, past 3 months to be migrated over the next few weeks.
Which is awkward as I'm part way through yet another formal complaint started in Aug/17. iii happily admits that it gave no warning on the loss of history - it can explain that in the next formal complaint!
I was sarcastically thinking it stood for Incompetent.
But they have most of my stuff and they are/were cheap.0 -

My date for funding is stuck on the 22nd and now ii regular investments are on the 20th!
From what I have been told regular investments are placed on the 3rd Wednesday of the month which happens to be the 20th this month and there is no way to change this.
Employer direct debits are taken on the 1st and personal ones on the 12th and again there is no way to change this.0 -
Cheers hopefully it all works out this month.
PS. I do miss the way you could set a percentage to reg invest, rather than just a cash figure. That way all the dividends could be invested automatically without any need to log in and change the instruction.0 -
Sent messages look OK to me and Reply seems to work, at least the message is in the Sent folder.
The 'Reply' not working is a browser issue on IE11 on Windows 10, it just doesn't work. There is just a flicker of the scroll bar at the side of the window. The Popup doesn't appear. (I have allowed popups, and the popup for a 'Compose' works fine.) I tried it with Safari on iPad, and it does work, also with Edge on iPad. But their software is definitely confused by browser identification. It notifies me that I am using Safari, both when I do use it, and also when I use Edge on the iPad. In both cases it tells me that it is NOT supported and there may be problems.
I tried using the ii Trading App, but there is no message function in that.0 -

I'm pretty certain they've failed to get my regular investment amount. Even though it says on the Regular Investment screen for the ISA account "£XXXX is paid monthly" - it gives a date of 21 December 2017 which is after the Investment date...and there is nowhere that one can go to change the date. Nothing whatsover shows up in the Manage Payments screens.
Looks like I might have to do a manual xfr for this month before the 20th0 -
Hate how the average price is shown in pound instead of pence with more digits. E.g., BARC 200.99 but average is shown as £2.00.0

The Sent messages seems to be just the poor way their message window handles the text, removing all new lines. This together with the inadequate way their message text window breaks lines means that it's just a lump of text. I have tried it on Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 10, Safari on iPad, and Edge on iPad, all with the same results as described.

I use Firefox on Windows 10. C/Rs are removed on Sent messages, however my sent messages have all been single paragraph with a Thanks on a separate line so it wasnt a problem. Inbox messages are fine. You have previously said words were split across lines - I am not seeing that.
Ipad/Safari seems the same.0 -

Yeah, same for me. I called them and was told the reg invest would go ahead and they would take the money later. I don't believe that so will add money manually.
PS. Looks like they don't have my debit card on file any more. Do you have the same issue perhaps?0 -
The site looks more modern, but I've never liked Web 2.0. I can look at whitespace by staring at an empty desktop, I want the most information possible in the page to save having to click around.0

Click on any major menu item, wherever it is positioned, and the dropdown appears on the right hand side;
"The issue occurs when the size of the window that you are viewing our
website in is smallerthan our website expects. If it is possible to increase the size of your web browser window then you will see the menus appear in the place that you would expect them."
I checked it out. They are correct, but the window width needs to be 1200 pixels or more.
There may be other screen items which are similarly moved about, or which may fail to appear if the pages have been designed for a fixed minimum size.0
