First edit your post to remove details of who was driving
The ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you
Then reread the newbies faq thread - are you sure the blue template appeal is correct for the company you re dealing with? If it is then send it as advised in the faq .0 -
This very recent thread - Food Centre Milton Keynes MK PARKING FINE - discusses ANPR usage at that car park.
Poster cmb116 had his/her invoice cancelled by making exactly that point.
