What happened when you complained to the DVLA, the BPA, and your MP that you are being denied access to ADR which is your right, as directed by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act 2015?
This states that ADR MUST be available to you for not less than one year.

They will still try and get money from you. When you get another letter you can ask them to delete your data.
I would send them a SAR now to see what data they do have on you. It's free and they have to reply within 30 days.0 -
