CM pointed this out to you in post #21, but you’ve not amended it.defiantly
DEFINITELY not defiantly! Once you’ve done it, no need to post up the entire appeal again just to show the one word change. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This particular sign is definitely not visible and readable to a motorist or passenger even when driving past or towards, as its too high up to view from a standard car seat, let alone read.0

Make the Grace period, point 1 as is your most important argument.
I read some where within this forum that yellow lines dont hold much weight on private land, but are more for public roads so i've left point 6 Grace perios where it is and not changed over any of the points.0

DYL have no inherent meaning anywher e- like all signs its paperowrk first, then the sign. So on a public road there needs to be the correct TRO in place to put in place the restrictions that a DYL signifies.
On private land, there is no TRO, but the "contract" can make it clear this is not somewhere you can park. However, by definition a DYL is a restriction - not an offer. So it never communicates an offer to park, even if they put signs up stating they dont want you parking there and breach is a £100 charge, and without a contract they cannot go for breahc of contract
If they instead said you CAN park on areas marked with DYL, but it will cost you £100, THAT would be an offer.0

On POPLA website, ive selected "other" do I have to put my details in if I am representing the Owner?? ie as Keepers Supporter, or Just as Keeper?0
-
            Can't you put the keeper's details?0
-
Yes, but keeper is Dyslexic, so has needed a supporter to help with appealing & they don't have an email address0
-
Can't the keeper use your email address (or can't you set one up for him/her)?0
-
            can use mine,
 POPLA web page states
"Are you submitting this form on behalf of someone else" I've selected "yes" & its asking for "motorists Details" ?? this a no NTK based appeal
I'm not sure if they're site has an allowance anywhere (like for CAB or specialist supporter etc) to enter an explanation anywhere?0
-
Don't give drivers details! Just the keeper's0
