Hi all
I moved house 4 weeks ago and my bt broadband was ment to be connected 3.5 weeks ago but still not working ive had 3 engineers out now, endless amount of phone calls to bt - they always say “yep we know what he problem is give us 24/48 hours and well get back to you” but still nothing, all im doing is going round in circles with them, so i say im canceling my bt contract but then they say “you will have to pay all your contract off cause were not in breach because were trying to sort it out for you” i just dunno what to do now:mad::mad:,
Any advise would be good to hear??
Thanks

A formal complaint is the way to go.0

All other providers with the exception of Virgin Media will need to use the Openreach managed copper cable into your home to provide a service. So if BT can't get you connected then likely nobody else can.
Have they said what th issue is?
You need to get BT/Openreach to fix the issue.0
