Worth pointing out that the 'Crossrail effect' has been happening for two or three years already: the project has been underway for about five years, and is on schedule, so I doubt if we'll see house prices growing any faster now than in surrounding areas further away from a station, as they have done so already.No free lunch, and no free laptop
