Plusnet cooling off period

I'm about to sign up with Plusnet (price rise no thank you BT) If this gets a decent offer to stay from BT I probably would. I just wanted to check that if i did cancel Plusnet within the cooling off period they'd refund all monies paid upfront.

Realistically if you haven't got a decent offer by now and you can get a better deal elsewhere, you'd be better off moving anyway. Plusnet is owned by BT and often undercut their parent company in any case.
But to answer the question yes you should get the upfront fees back, presume you're referring to things like Line Rental Saver and the first month's fees?0 -
Be aware the 14 day cooling off period starts when you order, not once it's up and running. Order from Plusnet, then BT will send a sorry to see you leave letter or email with a phone number, that's the time to haggle, once they know you are serious.0
