I have just had a thought - is it possible, nowadays to get a "Phone only" setvice ?
I know that TalkTalk no longer offers one
Not everyone needs an internet connection or a TV add on
I bet that it is a rip off price ?

I meant a landline - so BT are still offering them ?
    Are any other companies ?
  • Not only do BT offer a landline only, without broadband, but they've recently announced a large reduction in price from about £19 a month to about £13 a month from next April (figures from memory).

    Why don't you enquire directly?

Most telco companies will still offer a landline only, but it will be on request only as they want people to buy package deals..

They definitely are as I have a landline with BT Retail but get my Internet connection elsewhere (but down the same physical line) and my TV via satellite dish from Sky.
