Postman delivering to wrong address

If the postie is on foot, parcels may be delivered by van by some else.

Some parcels are delivered by Parcel Force rather then Royal Mail.

The person that the parcels was delivered to thinks the postman delivered the parcels to her as she orders loads of items from the same site as my girlfriend ordered from. She has told my girlfriend she won't bring the parcels up but she will keep an eye out for her to let her know if anymore parcels arrive at her house.
