You can make a complaint online"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Or you can ring and make a complaint, good for stress relief. Even better, catch the postman whilst he's out and about and have words with him. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

They could be being mis delivered by accident, or under the Deliver to Neighbour scheme.

Well I really wouldn't expect them to be doing it on purpose
I get this regularly for houses of the same number but different street names/post codes. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
I went on royal mail's live chat and they said something about mis delivered and they would make a complaint to the manager. The thing I don't get is he delivered letters to my house everyday this week but twice this week he posted the parcels to another address.0

Is it the same postie?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

like many others who work I never see the postie0 -
In the meantime, maybe the other address would kindly display a small notice for you "This is not ....., which is up the road; parcels for .... need to be up the road, not here".0

That would suggest that it's possibly one postman delivering the letters and another delivering the parcels ?0
