Orange upgrades

Ive been with orange for a year now so have been trying to get a decent deal out of them but the only one so far is 400 mins 200 texts for £20 + VAT (23.50 a month) and a U600. Would you take this deal???

I was hoping to get a cheaper price so maybe £15 a month but 200 mins, 150 texts. Also, do you know if they give much lower prices if you say you don't want a free phone as Im quite happy with my phone at the moment but Id rather get a free sat nav to be honest but the person said that that was only retail shops that do that

call them up and YOU tell them what you want (you'll need to ask to speak to retentions re. a disconnection)... at the end of the day, they're there to keep you. if they can offer it to keep you, they will.

there are sim-only tariffs, and the worse phone you take out (ie, cheapest option, or best FREE phone) then the better deal you're likely to get.

pS) - they don't offer sat nav solutions, they don't have any stock of it, so don't try and force it out of them! even retail sotres are unlikely to have them, recently they have had digital photo frames, and nintendo DS. sat navs etc. tend to be on initial contract sign-ups via 3rd party retailers.
