Phones4U Do they still have Guarantee a mobile contract with a Credit card?

I have remembered that Phones4U used to have a scheme where if you had a credit card they would debit £59 off your card and they credit it back. you could then have a mobile contract phone without a FULL credit check?
Has anyone done this with them?
