Hi,
Signed up to deal as Martin's email on the 25/10/2017 for offer on BT fibre b'band & line rental. Installed ok applied for cashback and pre paid MasterCard received my pre-paid MasterCard (no cheque as yet from cashback claim) but says I need an activation code to use MasterCard where do I get that from anyone having the same problem????

You should have received a seperate email from BT a few days before the card arrived with the activation code on it.
If the card provider is still Purecard you can also do it online.
