Here's a question for whoever's in charge
I won one of the advent instant win comps in December, but never recieved the prize. When I chased it up, they explained that the competition page had given out more prizes than the company had had in stock so I've been sent an alternative.
Given that the prize is completely different to that which I was expecting last year, and only turned up last week.... can I squeeze it into this year's challenge?Living thriftily most of the time0 -

Really what you needed to do here was a bit of newt grovellingsee you did 2 things wrong here....
