When I got the initial email about changing to £77 in winter and £31 in summer, I immediately emailed and said I would be happy with £58 or I would move.

Instigated a move to Green Network Energy and this morning get a notification from OTM that my DD is now £58 per month until further notice! Not sure if this is the winter split or permanent.

So I have no idea whether to go ahead with the move or not, as my credit balance is tied with OTM and I would like to pay to GNE when it arrives, but I have a feeling that may be a while.......I'm in the cooling off period so lots to think about.

just had an email to say dd will now be £67.07 instead of £83.84 (up 40 percent instead of 75)

The 5* trustpilot reviews this morning look suspicious, maybe it's because they're almost about to go to three stars overall?

Rob Robson with one review, probably be Steve Stevenson next, could be real I guess.

Whilst I was reading them on Friday they jumped from three stars to four, even though there were pages and pages of complaints. But I've heard that we shouldn't trust Trustpilot anyway....

Whether in sarcastic jest or not, one of the latest reviewers who gave 5 stars said their sister had paid them £5 to do so, and she worked there.

I cannot believe anyone would be giving 5 star reviews for this Company at this time.

Outfox the Market have sneakily change & increase my membership fee to them. Going as far changing the amounts of my bills. I switch to them in May and my bills from June to July have now been updated to show the increased in membership fee from £13.99 to £14.79. However, I have had my bills from August to October to show the original fee of £13.99 when accepted & agreed to switch to them.
How sneaky is that?! No courtesy email from them about the increase & then making it out like the higher fee was the agreed upon amount when it isn't
Just one of the things that is shady with this company.
Also for those on a fixed tariff and told that they can switch without incurring the exit fees, it is a lie. You will still be charge £50 per fuel.
Avoid like the plague. As someone said, they are cheap for a reason.

I have just been through and flagged about 30 of the 5* ones as they are 1 liners about a member of staff not a company.
