Thanks da1em, will order now and follow thepearce advice as well, just in case. Also ordering 4 tins of the Celebrations that are on offer. Save me lugging them from the shops!

I got the money off codes from this user:
    £10 off WYS £30
    XX-2GFP valid 1/10 - 7/10
    XX-VZYG valid 8/10 - 14/10
    XX-PV9X valid 15/10 - 21/10
    XX-4VRR valid 22/10 - 28/10

make sure you put the correct code in that has not expired on the day you have booked delivery

Also, thanks 'thepearce'. I haven't ordered off tesco.com before so I don't know how it works regarding items not in stock etc. I haven't actually ordered any online yet myself, but will be doing soon, (as I just did a midnight run to two tesco stores and no talc to be found

If, for example, i just ordered what I stated earlier and not all items were in stock, would I then still have to pay the delivery charge and miss out on the £10 off?

    thanks, Dale

  • Not sure what to do with the 8 bottles sitting on my kitchen work surfaces but thought would give Club Deals ago.

Plus another green thought If you Cycle to your local tesco's store it saves your petrol money like I did this evening.

Ps Chester store Out of stock this evening of 76p Talc Powder :^)

I tried the online route. I placed an order for 70 of the 200g baby powders, with a code for £10 off, which was around £46 for £140 in deals.
The delivery guy arrived about half an hour ago, very bemused. I tried to explain but I don't think he really got it. Sadly they only had 20 of the small ones in stock, so had substituted a mix of the 400g size and the camomile ones. The total cost was £101. I sent back all but the 20, which means I can't use the code and have to pay £4.25 delivery. He did let me keep all the school sports vouchers though. i think he thought I was a bit odd!!

So, with the 10 I picked up at Brent Cross today I now have 30, which is 1500 points, or £60 in deals. I have spent about £25. I'm happy with that:j

made me smile..I bet alot of MSE's are getting funny looks at checkouts, I work in Purchasing and would love to know for interest sakes how much Talc Tescos shifted today :rotfl: 1,000's of bottles???

  • On Tuesday I ordered 10 small talcs and 8 bottles of californian red wine (just to make it up to £30) and used the £10 off voucher.

Order arrived last night at the allotted time but only 4 small talcs and 3 large ones. I sent the large ones back and kept the small ones and, of course, the wine, but the driver reassured me that the £10 voucher would still be valid. Hope that's the case as it will mean I've got 8 bottles of wine and 4 talcs for around £19.40 delivered! My invoice was showing as 300 bonus points but I guess that will reduce when they take off the 3 talcs, but I'm still pleased.

I can see what you all mean about the bemused looks of the delivery drivers but I explained to mine about the 100 points and he thought it was a good deal.
