Sewage in garden, again, need advice to get Thames Water to do something

Now you can celebrate new year, not poo year!0

Update:
Thames Water have told me they'll pay us half of our yearly bill for each time the garden was flooded with sewage which makes £75 x 7, (£525). They will also be paying for the garden to be put back as it was. Whilst I appreciate that they're doing this it's the very least they should be doing.
I'll update again when the garden is back to normal, maybe even pictures!Pants0
