Maybe these systems updates in preparation for splitting the bank in two next year are causing all the current issues. Just a pity they don't warn us in advance or at least post them on the website as soon as they know about them instead of pretending all is working fine and giving green ticks.

I had this issue but i was able to transfer the rewards into my current account using my debit card at an ATM.

I manages to transfer blue rewards to current account today so hopefully all back working

I've not had a problem with the rewards but I can never click through the cashback shopping thing - and ironically I'm sure it's to do with my Kaspersky stopping all cookies, pop ups, tracking, phishing everything. Whatever I do I just get an error when going to the retailer's site.
