  • Hi Pauline I've managed to catch up up with your diary. I hope you're okay.

You've been doing so well. You're having some ups and downs but that's inevitable. I'm so pleased you've seen your doctor and therapist. It really helps having someone to talk to.

I hope you have a good Easter weekend and enjoy the spring flowers, birds and squirrels :).

OK so who sent the daddy longlegs round this morning to get out of bed? I opened my eyes and he was about six inches above my head. I do not know who was more surprised, him or me.

You have probably guessed that I have been under the weather. I haven't done well with my meds and things went rapidly down hill. So they have been reduced/altered to see if things will improve.

Today has been a better day. Thankfully

Off to catch up on everyone's news

Hope the altered medication is of help, Pauline.

Being woken up by a daddy long-legs is not my idea of fun - I bet that was scary to wake up to!
