    You've been doing so well. You're having some ups and downs but that's inevitable. I'm so pleased you've seen your doctor and therapist. It really helps having someone to talk to.

    OK so who sent the daddy longlegs round this morning to get out of bed? I opened my eyes and he was about six inches above my head. I do not know who was more surprised, him or me.

    You have probably guessed that I have been under the weather. I haven't done well with my meds and things went rapidly down hill. So they have been reduced/altered to see if things will improve.

    Today has been a better day. Thankfully

    Sorry youve been feeling down Pauline, the weather doesnt help when its all rainy, I had so many plans with my garden and spring cleaning my patio all gone to pot, the only thing Ive done is keep eating out x
