    I am now under £107k (by £1)

    But I also have the hall, stairs and landing and one bedroom plastered.

    No 153 here, had a change of plan with regards to mortgage. We will be moving home this year, which has made us rethink our plans!
    We will be bowing out of this challenge for the rest of this year, but hoping to pick it up again next year.
    I will be reading along still and saving where I can.
