  • Hi everyone.

I am really loving these posts, so motivating. I have really loved MSE forums for ideas on saving more for our deposit and house advice etc. It's a really great community.

I am looking forward to joining the MFW 2019. So happy for everyone that is trying, succeeding, helping!

I am right at the beginning of my journey, we bought a 2 bed maisonette in June 2018. £216.5k mortgage!!! It can be pricey down south! We have already started OP'ing so are now at £214k outstanding after 4 1/2 months.

We are aiming to OP as much as possible in the next 5 years so we can upgrade to a longer term (potentially forever, who knows) house (around our 30th's). But best laid plans and all that.... hoping to keep on track here. :)

Looking forward to posting here a bit more often :D
