BT offer of unlimited broadband no time limit

I posted a message about this previously but had no replies. Would appreciate if anyone can comment.

OH is (small) business customer of EE. Has just had mail shot from BT saying now they have merged with EE, they are offering him unlimited broadband for £8 month if he takes a BT phone line (£15.90) per month.

The mail shot has no mention of any minimum sign up contract period, after which the price increases. Surely they would not be offering broadband as an indefinite subscription at that price? Can anyone comment?

I would be surprised if any offer didn't have a minimum term ( 12/18 months or whatever)
Unless specifically highlighted , no company will guarantee to not raise prices , but if a price rise were within the minimum term , a residential customer has the option to leave penalty free, if they reject the price rise within a limited time of being advised of that price rise, and obviously outside the minimum term you are free to leave any time you like regardless of price, a business contract may not have the same consumer 'protection'
