could i suggest that all virgin broadband customers who have promotional deals or offers that they check their next bill.i have a contract running to march 2018 and had an email 2 months ago stating that their was a price rise but because i had a 12 month deal the price would NOT go up.checked my bill yesterday which showed a £3.99 pm increase.i phoned up ,got through to an overseas call centre and went round in circles for 20 min.plan b,pressed option 1 on phone ,then 4 for moving and are you thinking of leaving.spoke to someone in uk,he understood my point, would refund 4x£3.99 on my next bill to make things right for the term of contract.be aware there are discounts.try loyalty bonus £5 pm,also sky sports discount of £14.75 pm
even got my broadband speed boosted to up to 100mb,which i think what the price rise is for.
