Jet airways refund?

Hi,
My wife and I booked flights to India with Jet airways through a company called Travel Trolley around 5 months ago to travel in February.
We have recently found out that my wife is pregnant (around 8 weeks) and the GP has advised her that she is unable to receive the required inoculations to travel to India.
Has anyone had a similar situation? Should the airline be giving us a full refund? We can get this confirmed in writing from the GP!
Is a full refund likely?

Whether the airline gives you anything back (excluding taxes) would depend on the fare rules of the ticket purchased. If bought through Travel Trolley then it is likely to be non-refundable and you may get some taxes back less your agents fees.
You should be speaking to your travel insurance - have you checked your policy will cover this?

that is what travel insurance is for... some airlines will refund for death or serious illness of passenger or they may offer to waive the change fee to change dates
Jet appear to offer a medical refund on death of passenger or relative with death certificate only
They sell 4 types of economy ticket: - deal, saver, classic and flex..the first 3 types are non-refundable and the flex can be refunded less £100 fee (but you would have paid a premium of £200-£300 to purchase)
