UPVC door has dropped

My door has dropped and I'm trying to adjust it but I can't seem to get it right. The key can be removed and put in without any problems. It spins left and right also. The handle is toit enough that it isn't flimsy and fall down. Any ideas how to fix?

I dont think the lock and handle mechanism has broke.
The door is closed and I can't get it open.
It was slightly squint so it's definitely dropped. Even tho I've straightened it, the door still won't open up.
