Hi all My wife bought a dyson v6 animal vacuum cleaner from argos on Thursday last. Week she has used it s couple times but hates it not enough power she says. The box and its contents have been used but is it possible to get a refund still? Was bought from argos. Or will she just have to take. A loss on it an d sell it on…

We have an older version and it's great on pet hair! Even tackled in inlaws vile hairy dog carpets when their husky would shed all over them!!

It certainly doesn't lack suction, and is SO much better than the Henry we had!

I could pick many other faults with it and its design, but suction isn't one of them!

(It is CRAP at picking up rice crispies though!! )
