Good Afternoon,
UKCPS recently have placed two Parking Charge Notices on the car for being "Beyond the stipulated time limit". The driver left the car in a shared retail car park for around 14 hours as there were no clear signs stating there was a time limit. The driver did not enter any of the shops in the retail park. Surely only one ticket can be placed on the car as it did not move in that time? How would you go about dealing with this?
Thanks

no "offence" was committed as this is a private parking charge notice
the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread tells you how to appeal and has a template in black text for it
dont expect them to cancel however
they have 6 years to try a court case using MCOL0 -
Have a read of the Newbies thread. Read it carefully and familiarise yourself with the issues. You will get help on here but you need to do some of the legwork yourself.0

Is this the same two tickets as your thread yesterday?
Posting another thread won't get you any different advice
