TESCO Mobile Website Issue

Just tried to purchase a sim only deal on the website and I can't progress beyond confirming the tariff required. Basically I choose the tariff and then also choose to cap the usage but when I press the "confirm" button nothing further happens. I can go back but cannot progress to where I was expecting to add my details and pay.
Anyone else suffered this?
Also doing this through topcashback so don't want to ring them and do it on the phone

Maybe try taking the cap you have set off meantime? You can set it later.Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama0

Hi ,I was trying to pay through top cash back site , but it would not go through, had to phone through order at the Tesco number given with the error
Try listing as missed through top cash back , your details are logged

Website is now working but what a farce. In the end it was only certain offers that weren't working. I ordered the a different sim package and then changed it to the one I wanted when it went through. Sim was sent out but the account didn't show any data:mad: so rang tesco who said they could upgrade it. As I didn't want to lose my cashback I've cancelled it. Just checked the website and the offer is now working so will be ordering tonight.0

OK agreed only a 50/50 chance but I but payment details through they seem to admit a glitch on their system, then did similar with Tesco rep on phone so I will wait and see.There are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:WARNING !
