Probably a fourth and 'final' demand from the debt collectors.
Debt Collectors can do nothing other than send letters! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yep, as you said... a Gladstones letter! £160. Very poor quality, again, and a laughable quest to make sure contact details are up to date! Possible GDPR compliance check? Oddly, the amount hasn't changed for a while now? Does my mate still sit tight and wait for the claim?
Thanks.0 -

I have been served a notice from Gladstone solicitors stating i must pay £160 for parking from CMP on pulse charcot road London. There were 3 buses in front so i waited. Unfortunately someone had taken photos from the side without my knowledge and sent me the fine. I ignored the letters as so many posts said they are fraudulent and did not pay. But know i have received a letter ftom Gladstone solicitors. What do I do please help?0
