I actually posted a link in post #7 above ^^^^^^^^ to the correct appeal template which gives several reasons for the initial appeal , use my adapted template , AS IS0 -
I've edited your post here to avoid giving out to much information.Sorry, been a long day. I can see it now. Still wondering what the actual grounds of appeal are. I understand they dont know whether the registered keeper was the driver. I also get that they were slow to send the notice but other than that what other grounds do i use?
