I think we should all dress up as dogs and go stay with LW for a week at a time.. lol..

First batch of christmas presents readied to post.. :D I have tried to get lots of handmade/small business items again this year.. they cost a bit more but supporting these people is a big deal to me.

Off upstairs to get out my christmas decs while Twinkle snoozes! .. I have 30 minutes before having to go get Dot from school.. the other 2 have after school clubs!

I have filled a wash basket with dirty stuff and put a bag of recycling out.. I am so very lazy today! It is just too cold to do anything I think.. working up a sweat moving boxes about is just what I need.

Ah, but can you cope with a bed on the kitchen floor, a diet of R0yal C4nin and C£sar, and being sent out in the garden last thing at night to do a wee? :rotfl:

Ok, I can do steamed fish and rice - I used to do that for Penny-Dog; but you still have to go to the garden for a wee before bed. :D

Daisy has found her Inner Puppy; we got back from her walk a little while ago and she decided a game with her rather ancient and well-loved raggy toy was in order. :o

Mr LW has requested veggie sausages and roasties for dins, so he's been sent to the kitchen to prep the spuds. ;)

But of course, Piggers. I wouldn't let my guests go trundling off in the dark unsupervised.
Btw, are you any good at scaring squirrels?

Talking of going down the garden to wee - the ex used to wee on the compost heap if he was outside - too lazy to come indoors and go upstairs to the bathroom.

  • I'm still not 100%, feeling mostly better, but had a persistant headache all day.
Managed a good productive day at work, so that's something I guess.

Not tackled any of the lists, but I'm focusing on keeping the kitchen sparkling at the moment. Things are put away/washed/in the DW as soon as used. I am keeping the counters clear & swished.
I'm slowly doing the same in other rooms, BF doesn't fold the dogs blanket before bedtime or remove his dirty cup off the coffee table, which bugs me, but I do a quick patrol in the morning while I open curtains etc and it takes no more than 5 minutes to straighten all the rooms up.

This second job is like the Forth Bridge...

    couple of minor mistakes means

    - we have sticky hooks for calendars but no hanging calendars with date things

    -TWO new sellotape dispensers

and massage balls instead of spiky balls

    *oops*

    ironed and WU
