Hey snowball, I’m sorry to hear that you are feeling low.
Sometimes it’s at the times we need it the most that the things that help us get left behind (creative outlets, exercise, socialising).
When paying off debt it’s especially difficult to justify spending on these things. Do you have a small amount set aside for fun activities?

Thanks Jigglebiz, you're right, I stopped doing so much and I need to do something to change things.
I don't have any money set aside for fun activities or exercise and that's something that I think I should rethink. How much, I'm not sure. I'm looking at local exercise classes and comparing options.Credit Card 1 £6,000/£5,322.56 Debit Card £5,000/£2975.3 Credit Card 2 £1200/0 Tax Bill £750/£0 Library Fine £90/£0 Accountancy Bill £720/£0 Cancelled Art Project Donation £15/£0

Hi Sam,
Thanks for checking in on me last week. It was a tough week. I'm feeling a bit better now. I think that moving forward I should just call/speak to someone weekly. And to write down my feelings regularly.Credit Card 1 £6,000/£5,322.56 Debit Card £5,000/£2975.3 Credit Card 2 £1200/0 Tax Bill £750/£0 Library Fine £90/£0 Accountancy Bill £720/£0 Cancelled Art Project Donation £15/£0

Hi,
This week has been OK moneywise. This week I covered my costs (as expected). I will be able to pay off more debt next week.
£7.50 Leaving Lunch My colleague had a leaving lunch.
I was invited for drinks at a cocktail bar by my cousin, drinks (including non alcoholic drinks) cost £10 - £15 each so I didn't go. I'd like to see her soon though.
My sister thinks she'll stay until the end of March and hasn't determined a moving date yet, it might be in April.
I appreciate all of you DFWs and lurkers. Thanks for reading and keeping up with this journey.Credit Card 1 £6,000/£5,322.56 Debit Card £5,000/£2975.3 Credit Card 2 £1200/0 Tax Bill £750/£0 Library Fine £90/£0 Accountancy Bill £720/£0 Cancelled Art Project Donation £15/£0
