Storage Heaters vs Infared panels?

does anyone here have any infared panels installed, I,m currently storage heaters, but have looked into infared panels, (due to 1 storage heater died on me) my question is are they all that they are cracked up to be? for example would a 350watt infared panel heat up an average room just the same as a storage heater would…

They are 100% efficient, so is your grannies 1940's two bar fire and indeed all resistive electrical heating including a £10 LidL panel heater.
