The Bank of Cyprus asks for a passcode of minimum 8 characters However whe I try to log on on my phone the app will only accept 6 characters Can anyone help?

    I think you'd be best ringing their customer service directly to be honest. Not sure how many people here bank with Bank of Cyprus.

    Is it by any chance another password just for the app ?

    I'm not aware BOCUK have an app. They don't advertise one on their site and the only one on Play I can find is one for the Cypriot market

    They definitely do have an app, I have it on my phone and the login looks the same as on my tablet. I have tried sending them a secure message which they eventually answered. The reply did not answer the problem
