we are a block of 4 flats and own the freehold . 3 other directors want to increase the maintenance charge to an extra 200 a year on top of the 600 we currently pay. They say they have out voted me . I say its not fair and that I will instruct mediators has anyone else had this problem ??0

sooo.......I wrote a second very angry letter saying UKPC had no rights and if they did think they had rights to give me a popla code and I would explain why they had no rights.
Rather than give me a popla code UKPC have caved in. Now this is much more interesting when the "warden" comes round and looks at my car he never leaves a "ticket" which clearly means they are able to distinguish which cars they don't want to bother with.
Hope this tip is helpful for all those living in estates with UKPC as the car park management system.0 -
