I have a isa with santander since 2015 and i moved some of it £25k to a new isa with rbs this year, but as the rate is so low with santander can i transfer the rest of the isa to another isa now?
Thanks

Yes. As long as you asked RBS to transfer part of your ISA, and that you use the new ISA provider's transfer process to transfer the rest.

Have you paid any any new money into a cash ISA this year? If you have, the whole amount must be transferred.

But are you sure a cash ISA is the best home for your savings?
  • thanks for your reply, i have not paid any more into my isa, but still have alot left in my old isa with Santander which i am thinking of transferring to AA as they are giving 1.36% for a fixed year.
I have not seen any other decent interest rate that anyone else is offering
