Depends what you want doing, A service can range from £100 - £250 All depends what you want doing. Please do not assume cheap is best, some places will charge you £100 and deem it as a full service and they only change the oil and have a quick look over it yet another garage will quote £180 and include everything but also deem it as a full service, you must ask what is going to be done. Ive had customers tell me im too expensive and come back a week later saying they wish they took my quote as once the other place upsold all the extras that where included in my quote it worked out alot more expensive!0

No service in 40K? It will probably need a Major Service.I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.

Rather than just asking a garage for a service, tell them what you want - oil change & oil filters, air & cabin filters, fuel filter, spark plugs, coolant flush, and so on.
Most places when you rock up asking for a service all they will do will change the oil, grease the door hinges and make a list of "worn" parts.0
