Tui or Norwegian??😤

My girlfriend and I booked a package holiday with Tui, with the departure date being 03/07/17. We were delayed by five hours for our flight to Ibiza, which ended up losing us most of our first day there. We flew with Norwegian, but paid Tui. Tui have said that Norwegian are responsible for paying us compensation, but I’m led to believe that our ‘contract’ is with Tui. When trying to enter our booking reference on the Norwegian site, it has no record of us at all.... This leads me to think that Tui are trying it on with us. Any advice gratefully received, thank you.

You only need basic flight details - dates, times, flight numbers, departure/destination etc and if possible boarding cards, or some other evidence you flew.
