I have signed a very long contract with the above company for a low rate, I have just spotted the fact that they're charging me out of contract rates which is much higher, I have contacted them over a month ago and still i have received no response despite chasing many times, can anyone give me advice on the next step?

I have found their telephone customer service to be very good but email is very poor.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

No Joke, honest, it doesn't cost anything to email, it obviously will cost me more to phone them, not only my time as these calls can take a lot longer but also they do like to keep you waiting at my expense. I really dont think I should be wasting my time phoning them when they cannot be bothered to reply to my email, I just wondered what the next level of complaint would be, is there an ombudsman that deals with services?0
