Rust-proof shower caddy - does it truly exist?!

Can anyone recommend a shower caddy/organiser? Only need 2 shelves, but all the ones I've had in the past have rusted. We've also just had the bathroom done so ideally don't want to be drilling, but don't think suction would work. Maybe a free standing one for the corner of the bath? But I guess it won't be stable..
There's a few on Amazon but can't tell if the reviews are genuine! Should I be looking for a certain type of material?
Who knew it'd be so difficult! :rotfl:
Thank you

I would recommend drilling. Sure it's 5 minutes more bother, but when the basket gets knocked and chips the bath, you'll wish you'd fixed it properly.
You'll be wanting stainless steel or plastic.0 -
Google 'Roman Shower Caddy' 10 year guarantee but not cheap, chrome plated Brass and brass does not rust, had one which hooks over the shower glass for nine years and still looks like new.0

We've had this one for ages and it doesn't rust:

It does need drilling but in my opinion experience suction ones just fall down anyway and as you say freestanding aren't that stable0 -
If you just had the bathroom done you could specified a recessed tiled shelf for the stuff going in the caddy.0

We have plastic suction cup ones from Ikea. They don’t fall down if applied properly.0

Yes. But expect to pay good money for it.
Brass is almost never used these days. Die cast zinc is more like it with a nickel chromium plating. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
We've had a simplehuman one for 3 years, no signs of rust yet (and it's inside the shower cubicle area so does get drenched a couple of times a day.

I got one from TK Maxx, it was about £9 I think, and is still pristine after several years. Sorry I haven't got the original label now so don't know what make or material (it's very shiny chrome), but if you have a TK Maxx nearby it might be worth a look as a lot of their stuff is decent quality.
(I don't have any connection with TK Maxx other than spending a fortune in there!)I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

Anything from Keuco
John Lewis also sell polished stainless steel
Fix into the wall with stainless screws and it’ll last a lifetime
Unfortunately most buy on price then live to regret it later !Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0 -
Thanks all, think we will have to drill! Originally wanted a recessed shelf but our wall wasn't deep enough for it.
I like the look of the IKEA one - when I searched for shower caddy that didn't come up but it's tagged as a 'corner unit' so that'll be why!0
