We were glad of it when out car was hit by a lorry but the lorry company did not advise thier insurance company about it so they would not cover anything.

The case was passed to a claims company who covered my excess and ended up taking out a warrant to recover the cost of repairing our car which amounted to several thousands pounds.

Start rescue include insurance legal cover in their breakdown cover. At £38 for recovery this works out cheaper than legal cover through my insurer as I also get legal cover.
