Thank you Clippy and Pidge for taking the time to post on here
Sorry for my late reply, I've been very absent since the big DFD.
Squeezing by for the rest of the month until payday. my two bank switch bonus came so I've been ok moneywise. Still being moneysaving, made £50 after frees and postage on a few bits.
Plan is to clear out a bit more over the next few months ready to sell, keep not buying things I want as I can't bring it all with me (although I did treat myself to two houseplants) and save what is left in my accounts each month towards selling the flat and is moving to Ireland.
It's a plan that has been in the making for a while, and still in limbo, so I'm aiming for stress free savings and continuing moneysaving where I can until plans are fully underfoot.
I debated joining the mortgage free wannabes, but as I will not be overpaying this seems pointless.
Plan in Ireland is to buy cheaper then we could have here, and to hopefully buy a forever home rather then climb the ladder over the next 15 years here. So once we are in there I will join Mortgagefree wannabes for sure19/12/14: Spent 10 years of savings!!
:heart2: ..... to buy my first home. :heart2:
