    Morning.

Exhausted today. I really didn't get any sleep at all. My anxiety is awful and I just couldn't get a grip of it though the night or even very much now. I think we are all suffering a little with our own thoughts and feelings.

It's one of those days where you wish you could just up and leave. Run away from the reality.

Anyway nothing much happening. It will all be pretty boring until at least next month. Definitely going to plan the train fare for a day out into next months budget and maybe even a soft play visit to fit in around youngests birthday.

I have some cleaning and ironing to do to keep me busy.

Hope you all have a good day x

Sending hugs. Could you fit in a bit of escapism - you are a Gilmore Girls fan, aren't you?

  • Planning in some fun for next month definitely sounds like a great plan WF.

On the anxiety - although only a DIY thing remember that "Moodjuice" Scottish NHS MH website I've mentioned before - I know a lot of people have found that incredibly helpful and indeed it was finding that which helped me to find a way out from crippling anxiety a few years back.
