  • I'm glad the DC like their new teachers, that always helps :).

It's good news that little DD's new meds are helping her.

DS will love his residential when he gets there I'm sure, it does their confidence no end of good normally :).

Smalls are in school. Weekend passed by in a busy blur.

Had a meeting at school about DS residential and it eased some of my worries and his I think.

My anxiety has been awful. It's so debilitating recently. I just can't seem to get control. It's started waking me in the night and I felt so awful at one point early hours this morning I thought I was going to have to ring someone for help :o feels so ridiculous admitting that.

I have lots to get on top off which has been building up so I don't think that helps. I need to finish sorting DSs case for his residential. The meal plan is being stuck too although we need more bread.

I don't really have much to update so feel silly popping in with boring updates :o

Hi WB :) Sorry to hear you're struggling with anxiety. Glad the meeting about DS's residential has helped to ease some of the worries for you and him. Can't be long before he goes now can it. xx

Talking about anxieties is much better than bottling them up - pleased the meeting answered some of your questions about ds and his trip.

Nothing ridiculous about it, better shared than kept inside, sorry your struggling with it though. Hope DS has a fab residential trip.

Don’t ever think posting about health issues or any other issues for that matter are boring. There’s always someone who can give advice. Sorry to hear you’re suffering with the anxiety xx
