Is there no chance that the Local Authority could move you somewhere else since it's affecting your children and you don't feel safe? Easier said than done I know as there aren't that many properties available but it might be worthwhile asking if you haven't done so already.

Don't think I'd have slept well either knowing somebody was hanging around outside. Did nobody call the police or is that sort of thing 'normal' where you live.
I agree with everybody else, have a nap if you need one, it'll do you good. xx0 -
Is the area itself unsafe WF or is it the behaviour of a few individuals that makes you feel as though it is? either way when it starts affecting the families sleep it's a problem.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Here is 'rough' but so is everywhere here. I think I felt more on edge last night as I couldn't see who it was. Anyway I've reassured DS and he seems okay. Had such a rubbish day. I didn't get a nap in but I've cleaned and things and got the things ready to make DDs Easter bonnet.
DD has brought a letter home requesting permission for some screening tests to be done as they think there's an issue I don't want to say to much as it will give away who we are in RL. But it's just left me feeling so fed up with it all. I've pushed for DD help with certain things at school for years. I picked up on some of these issues when she was in nursery. I've brought it up at every parents evening and even spoken to them in between. I've always been reassured its nothing to worry about and now this? It's nothing life threatening but it just annoys me she's struggled with some things for so long and they've been unwilling to take it on board. Yet now they have the opportunity to get more money for the school they want to investigate.
DS is challenging. When everyone warns you about terrible 2's they should warn you of the terrible 10's they should come with a warning sign on their head.
Don't know about a holiday for us all I think I will run away alone for some peace :rotfl:“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -

Sorry to hear about the unsavoury character hanging around. What's wrong with these idiots, haven't they got a life to be getting on with. Makes me so angry
Also sorry to hear about all the hassle with school, you don't need this
Stay strong xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Morning WB
Hope you and the smalls are all well and looking forward to your weekend.
Fingers crossed DD will get the help she needs when the screening has been done. I know some things aren't progressed until children reach a certain age and it would be nice to think that's why it's happening now, rather than her having a £ sign on her head
Have a lovely day. xx0
