It was a follow up on the new meds - they need reviewing within 6 weeks since starting them as they aren't licensed in children. He's going to a phone consultation later so we keep to the time scale but arrange an appointment as soon as possible too as he can't obviously check things over the phone. I'd rather this than see someone else though.
I still need to go in to town, but it can be later now. Hoping that means the snow will have cleared and the chaos has died down a little. School run was crazy! Like I know it's a pain but there was no need for it to be as much chaos as it was

I think people go completely crazy when the snow comes. Panic ensues and sense goes out of the window. Hope school pick up is less chaotic

Thank you

Hand is fine - no damage thank you
Well I waited over an hour for a Bus and not a single one arrived! I've given up and come home for some lunch and a hot drink

That's a pain about the bus.
I don't know what it's like where you are but the roads are fine over here. We've been to Bury and back with no problems. In fact it's quieter than usual.
I can understand you wanting to stick with the same consultant. It's wearing having to repeat medical history isn't it. Glad to hear he'll be phoning you later on though.
Hope you manage to get into town. x0 -
Soup eaten, another cuppa made

Tea it's crazy. The main roads are fine here too. My road however is like an ice rink because it's not gritted so was still icy before the snow came. I think one of the other main routes must be closed somewhere as the traffic is quite bad on the main road. I'll get there at some point.
Waiting for the consultant to call. I hope it clears up a bit before tomorrow as we need to get the train  I always worry about getting back in time for the other two
so the weather needs to be kind or I'll have to try and rearrange that one too!

How does that work then WB? Is it a bus to the station, then a bus at the other end as well?
Agree with Beanie, having the neighbour on standby might just ease the pressure a bit and if you're back that's a bonus. x0 -
Tomorrow Tea? Bus from here to town, train from town to Oxford Rd then the same back.
The neighbour will if I ask, I will let her know but I don't want to be a pain as I need her next week too
