Hi Wannabe. Sounds like it's been a tough day for you and I'm sorry you've gone all day without receiving support that you asked for. If they do call back I hope you're able to make some progress. Hugs. xx0

Someone more in need must have needed them.
I'll speak to the GP tomorrow if I still need too

I'm sorry that you needed the crisis team and they didn't get back to you. That's really bad
Hopefully things are improving for you and you're managing without them xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Managed to get through the day myself in my usual way. Not the best way
but I feel it's under control for now.
Thanks SA

I would definitely speak to your GP tomorrow if you can. Hope you manage to switch off and get some sleep. x0

Wannabe, I would also suggest you call the GP tomorrow and let them know you asked for more help, even if you don't feel you need it tomorrow. They need to know that you had a wobble and also the situation with you not receiving a response in good time.
Sorry today wasn't so good - hope you get some sleep and that tomorrow is better.
